ivyKoin already had their own inhouse team, but needed some extra resources to conduct the ICO and extend their skillset with blockchain expertise. 

We augmented their crew with our AngularJS, Laravel and Solidity experts. 

The workflow itself was pretty much the same as in the other outsourcing projects. We were sharing the tasks in an agile way. The art of crafting ERC-20 Smart Contract was entirely on our side, as well as constructing a custom payment tool and a token allocation module.

The whole ivyKoin structure is quite complex. Some elements were developed by ivyKoin inhouse team - it means that we had a lot of touchpoints, that required precise communication and coordination. I believe it gives us the perfect experience and starting point to cooperate with your experts and advisors. 

In the end, we landed a successful ICO with ivyKoin, and currently we’re still working with them, developing post ICO functionalities.
